Checkpregnancy.com

Hi people! Happy Friday!
Today I want to write blog post about women's healt. It's very very very important to take care of yourself after a stressful day even more.
Getting pregnant is the happiest and a life-turning point for a woman. Knowing that you are going to welcome a little baby into your life is not only overwhelming but somewhat stressing.
Check Pregnancy is a website where you can get professional knowledge about baby's and mommy healt and find very useful artucles about pregnancy questions. On this site you can find all answer on every topic that interest you. You can to visit this site if you need advices about pregnancy or breastfeeding. For many women, taking a pregnancy and pregnancy test can be stressful. It can bring up many emotions, including excitement and fear. But knowing you are pregnant as soon as possible can help you make the decisions that are right for you. Somethimes women need to take medicines during pregnancy for healt problems (like depressions, morning sickness, diabetes...) Because dear women always talk with your doctor.

There are many web sites which share tips and information about health in general. But can you actually trust all of those sources?
I don't think so. When I feel sick, I avoid going on Google and writing what's been bothering me to see what's causing the problems because it always seems so unreal to be having big diseases if your stomach only hurts. So I don't trust those sites. I am maybe more for going on forum web sites to see real people suffering the same problems I do and reading their advice.
But, there's also a web site about women's health which I think could be helpful to all of you called CheckPregancy. There you can find many tips and advice for women in general and pregnant women so I'd highly suggest you to check that out...

Today I want to write about: change the diaper

Do you know babies hate changing diaper?

First step preparation:

Wash and dry your hands, or clean them with hand sanitizer or a baby wipe.
Set up a warm, clean area to change your baby. If you're not using a changing table, consider laying a blanket, towel, or changing mat on the floor or bed.
Grab your supplies, including a clean diaper and plenty of wipes or wet cloths. For babies with sensitive skin, you can use lukewarm water and cut-up paper towels (use thick ones) or washable cloth baby wipes (you can buy or make these). If your baby is prone to diaper rash, keep rash cream or petroleum jelly on hand.
Safety note: If you change your baby on an elevated surface such as a changing table or bed, be sure to keep one hand on your baby at all times. Most changing tables have a strap you can use to secure your baby. Whether your baby is strapped in or not, don't leave your baby unattended for even a second. Babies at any age can squirm off the table when you least expect it.

How to change the diaper?

  • Lay your baby on his back. Remove any clothing that inhibits access to the diaper. At this age, rompers are popular clothing items; they contain snaps for easy diaper access.
  • Remove the soiled diaper. For disposable diapers, pull up the sticky tabs. For reusable cloth diapers, remove the diaper cover and snaps or Velcro from around your baby's waist.
  • Lift your baby up gently so you can scoot the diaper out from under his bottom.
  • Use wipes to clean your baby's diaper region. Always wipe from front to back to avoid infection, especially for girls.
  • If the area is red or inflamed, soothe it with diaper ointment.
  • Wait for your baby's skin to dry before putting on a fresh diaper.
  • Take a fresh diaper and place it under your baby. Bring the front part up on your baby's stomach and fasten the tabs to secure the diaper on his waist.
  • Replace any clothing over the new diaper
